USA: Constellation declares cash dividend on its 5.75% series a mandatory convertible preferred stock

The Board of Directors of Constellation Brands, Inc. has approved and declared on April 7 a quarterly dividend on the Company's 5.75% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, payable on June 1, 2006, to shareholders of record on May 15, 2006. Payment will be $0.359375 per depositary share.
